The 2010 Academic Affairs Faculty Symposium will examine how university instruction, research, service, graduate education and professional life have forever changed in our new fiscal and political environments. Participants will explore the new normal for faculty roles, rewards and expectations. New university environments will be examined in the context of funding issues and priorities, technological obsolescence and innovations and faculty student engagement.
